Due to police corruption, Sweets and Hakeem are back on the streets as the government brings in
a tough prosecutor from Chicago to clean up the mess. While Sweets attempts to gain back the
streets, Hakeem seeks revenge against Sweets and the corrupt police. No one can be trusted.
